My Story

I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, and like many of us, I had to learn quickly.

As a secondary school teacher, I’ve spent years organising chaos, explaining complex ideas simply, and supporting people under pressure.

But teaching stopped feeling fulfilling.
I wanted work that allowed me to help people differently — work that aligned with my lived experience and my values.
